The business began buying property to house members of a vegan project, and evolved as a commercial rental company in 2003 offering property to rent to all sectors of the market, but specifically families, professionals and specialising in housing vegan, creative and spiritual tenants (now “Occupation Contract” holders).
The rental market has become enormously complex since the implementation of the Welsh Government’s Housing (Wales) Act in 2023.
